Spicy Pizza Soup

This soup has the ingredients and flavors of pizza--including sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, onion and garlic--along with pizza sauce and Italian seasonings in chicken broth.
Ingredients
- 3 Tsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp. Cornstarch
- 6 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 15 oz Jar Pizza Sauce
- 1 8 oz can tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 Shallot (Chopped)
- 1 Small Onion (Chopped)
- 1 or 2 Cloves Garlic (to taste)
- 1 Bell Pepper (any color)(Chopped)
- Mushrooms (Sliced)
- Black Olives (Sliced)
- Pepperoni (Sliced or Cubed), cooked and drained
- Sausage (Italian or Pork), cooked and drained

Method
In a heated stock pot cook olive oil, garlic, onion, shallot, till onion is transparent. Add pizza sauce, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and chicken stock. Make a slurry with cornstarch and a little water and add. Bring to a slow boil; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add all other ingredients; stir. Simmer for an addition 20 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are to your liking.
Notes: Garnishes: Shredded Pizza-Blend Cheese Sliced or diced Pepperoni Any Italian bread or Garlic Bread. Freeze Leftovers. Have also discovered that it tastes better after sitting in the fridge overnight.
