This recipe combines two favorites-pizza and spaghetti. Hot roll mix makes up the crust, which is topped with spaghetti, pasta sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce package of hot roll mix
  • 1/2 stick of butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces pasta sauce
  • 1/2 package spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 pound sliced pepperoni

Method

Grease a 13-inch pizza pan; set aside. Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions for pizza crust. Shape dough into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a circle 1 inch larger than pizza pan. Transfer dough to pizza pan. Build up edges slightly. Mix butter and garlic powder. Brush mixture onto pizza crust using more along edges than in middle. Prick generously with a fork. Do not let rise. Bake in a 425 degree F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Mix spaghetti and pasta sauce together. Pour mixture onto pizza crust. Top with cheese and pepperoni. Place back in 425 degree oven for about 12 more minutes till cheese has melted.
