Ingredients:
| ½ stick | Butter |
| 1½ cups | Heavy Cream |
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| 1 cup | Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| ½ cup | Chardonnay |
| 8 oz | Cream Cheese |
| 6 | Large Basil Leaves, chopped |
| 1 box | Pasta of Choice |
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed on package. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream, cream cheese and wine; simmer for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cheese, whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in fresh basil and serve over pasta.
