Macaroni Rosey

This sauce is poured over your choice of macaroni. It contains tomato sauce, garlic, artichoke hearts, spicy peppers and olives.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 5 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 Large can of Artichoke Hearts, undrained
- 1/2 Cup Spicy Peppers in Jar, chopped
- 1 Small Can of Olives, chopped
- 2 Small cans Tomato Sauce
- 8 Oz. Desired Macaroni, cooked & drained

Method
Put oil in frying pan. Cook chopped garlic till softened. Add artichoke hearts (cut up) with their liquid, peppers, chopped olives, and tomato sauce. Let cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, then spoon on top of any kind of macaroni.
Notes: People go crazy when I make this! They think it took all day!
