Low-Fat Cheese Calzone

Purchased pizza dough make these calzones easy. Fill with a fat-free ricotta cheese mixture and serve with pizza sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 Pizza dough (from pizzaria or supermarket)
- 2 1/2 cups fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 1/2 cups low-fat shredded mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano, crushed
- 2 1/2 cups pizza sauce, warmed

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Cut the pizza dough into 5 pieces. Roll each out to a circle. Mix the ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, onion, and oregano in a bowl. Put 1/5 of the cheese mixture on each pizza dough. Fold the dough over to make a cresent shape. Fold the ends over and press closed (can also use a fork to close). Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sauce.
Notes: Pizza dough can be frozen if you want to make smaller batches. The seasonings really spice up fat free cheese!
