This easy recipe combines ground beef & fresh veggies with canned tomatoes & beans, seasonings, and dilalini pasta, simmered in the microwave.
Microwave meat, celery, onion and garlic on high power until meat is brown. Drain. Add herbs, boiling water and bouillon cubes. Bring to boil on high and then simmer at 30% for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, beans, pasta, and sugar. Bring to boil on high, then simmer at 30% for 15-20 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaves.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
This soup freezes very well.
