Nice warm soup for a cold winters night! Thanks, Danielle!!


1 lb Ground Beef
2 (14 1/2 Oz) Cans Diced Tomatoes, i used the ones with garlic,basil,oregano
1 (14 1/2 Oz Can) Beef Broth
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Oregano & 2 Tsp Basil, i skipped this due to the diced tomatoes
1 tsp Thyme
¼ cup Parmesan
1 Med Onion
1 (15 Oz Can) Tomato Sauce
1½ cup Water
1 tsp Salt
2 cups Broken Up Lasagna, or any bite size pasta...i used spirals
1½ cups Shredded Mozzie


Brown ground beef...drain. Add onion, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir in beef broth, water, brown sugar, and four spices listed. Bring to a boil and add pasta. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Parmesan Cheese. Garnish each plate/bowl with shredded mozzie.

(Cook's Mine turned out less soupy and more like a Goulash...which is fine...b/c I LOVE Goulash!
