Lasagna Soup

Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Ground Beef |
| 2 | (14 1/2 Oz) Cans Diced Tomatoes, i used the ones with garlic,basil,oregano |
| 1 | (14 1/2 Oz Can) Beef Broth |
| 1 Tbsp | Brown Sugar |
| 2 tsp | Oregano & 2 Tsp Basil, i skipped this due to the diced tomatoes |
| 1 tsp | Thyme |
| ¼ cup | Parmesan |
| 1 | Med Onion |
| 1 | (15 Oz Can) Tomato Sauce |
| 1½ cup | Water |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 2 cups | Broken Up Lasagna, or any bite size pasta...i used spirals |
| 1½ cups | Shredded Mozzie |
Directions:
Brown ground beef...drain. Add onion, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir in beef broth, water, brown sugar, and four spices listed. Bring to a boil and add pasta. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Parmesan Cheese. Garnish each plate/bowl with shredded mozzie.
(Cook's note...lol) Mine turned out less soupy and more like a Goulash...which is fine...b/c I LOVE Goulash!
