
These beefy meatballs, flavored with garlic and oregano, also contain Romano cheese. Brown the meat balls, then add them to your favorite Italian sauce to finish cooking.
Soak bread in some water 2 to 3 minutes, then squeeze out moisture. Combine soaked bread with remaining ingredients, mixing well. Form in small balls [about 20]. Brown slowly in 2 tablespoons hot olive oil. Drain and add to desired Italian sauce; cook 30 minutes.
