Creamy Bruschetta

It's the best thing since sliced bread. This bruschetta is hardly the Italian favorite you're accustomed to. The creamy twist takes it to the next level. It's amore!

Ingredients:

½ cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 Tomatoes Small Dice, to taste
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Fresh Ground Coarse Black Pepper
Kosher Salt, to taste
¼ tsp Dried Basil
1 Garlic Clove, minced, or to taste
1 Baguette or Italian Bread, sliced

Directions:

1. Cut bread in 1 inch slices and butter the BOTTOM of each.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Put 1 teaspoon or so of mixture on each slice and place on baking pan butter side down.

3. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until melted and the bread is CRISPY but NOT HARD.

Serve immediately.
