Rigatoni pasta with broccoli and chicken or seafood in a creamy, cheesy pasta dish.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 bag broccoli tops
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 box rigatoni noodles
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can clams, or 4 chicken breasts or 2 l pound small shrimp

Method

Saute meat in butter and garlic until almost done. Add broccoli tops until tender. Cook rigatoni noodles until al dente. Mix half and half, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. While noodles and broccoli mix are still hot, add to liquid.

 

Notes: Serve while hot. Top with extra Parmesan cheese.
