Broccoli Olive Oil Penna

Choose your own amounts of broccoli, tomatoes & green chilies for the white wine sauce that is served over some penne pasta & sprinkled with parmesan.
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, cut up
- Broccoli
- 1-2 cans seasoned fat-free chicken broth
- Rotel tomatoes, diced
- Green chilies, diced canned
- 1 cup white wine
- Parmesan cheese
- Penne pasta

Method
Saute garlic in oil. Break up broccoli and saute. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, chilies and white wine. Cook slowly until done, allowing to simmer while cooking pasta al dente. Season with salt and pepper. When done pour sauce over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.

Number of Servings: 4 persons per lb of pasta
