Bow-Tied Cabbage

Chopped and cooked green cabbage is combined with bowtie pasta in a sauce that contains butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, milk and grated parmesan or romano cheese.
Ingredients
- 3 tbs. butter
- 3/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- Salt, to taste
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 cups chopped green cabbage
- 1/2 lb. bowtie pasta, cooked
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 3/4 cup milk

Method
Saute garlic and onion in oil and butter till transparent. Add cabbage and saute till bright and tender. Mix cooked and drained pasta with cabbage mixture. Add milk and cheese. Stir lightly and heat through.
