Spaghetti is a special treat when you add these quick and easy homemade meatballs--make a double batch and freeze some for another day.

  • Servings: 6-8


1¼ lbs Ground Beef
3 Large Eggs
1 clove Garlic, finely minced
½ cup Grated Romano or Parmesan Cheese
⅔ cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
Salt & Pepper, to taste


Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Work well with hands until mixture is well mixed. Roll with hands and shape into balls. Bake at 425 degrees about 20 minutes. Add to your favorite pasta sauce.

Helpful Tips:

Don't roll the meatballs too big or too small.
