|1¼ lbs||Ground Beef|
|1 clove||Garlic, finely minced|
|½ cup||Grated Romano or Parmesan Cheese|
|⅔ cup||Dry Bread Crumbs|
|1||Small Onion, finely chopped|
|3 Tbsp||Parsley Flakes|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Work well with hands until mixture is well mixed. Roll with hands and shape into balls. Bake at 425 degrees about 20 minutes. Add to your favorite pasta sauce.
Don't roll the meatballs too big or too small.
